This​ ​bathbomb​ ​contains​ ​real​ ​chamomile​ ​flowers​ ​collected​ ​from​ ​my​ ​garden​ ​here​ ​in​ ​West​ ​Cork​ ​as​ ​well​ ​as​ ​chamomile​ ​essential​ ​oil​ ​and​ ​real​ ​locally​ ​produced​ ​honey.​ ​It​ ​is​ ​best​ ​used​ ​just​ ​before​ ​bed​ ​as​ ​chamomile,​ ​like​ ​lavender,​ ​is​ ​known​ ​to​ ​promote​ ​sleep​ ​and​ ​calm​ ​the​ ​mind.​ ​

To​ ​be​ ​used​ ​in​ ​a​ ​steaming​ ​hot​ ​bath​ ​for​ ​full​ ​effect.
